Rigoberto`s Taco Shop in Los Alamos

Great cheap food, staff is always friendly and food always good. Don't get me wrong, it's a hole in the wall, but that's what makes it special. Looking for a good cheap meal with friendly staff, then that's the place to go.

The guacamole could be better but the rest of their food is good.

El Rigobertos is good food but I seriously felt like I wasn't sitting in Los Alamos when I was eating there. It was kind of surreal. Good food but surreal.

Shrimp (spicy) tacos and burritos, less the tartar sauce, with added pico are delicious :)

As a person who has eaten all over Mexico and New Mexico, from street food to high end cuisine of Mexico, I find the food here at the low end of the spectrum. It's uninspired, unfresh, unhealthy.

Got the rolled tacos and carne asada fries, both were large portions at a good price. Great place to order out and take food to bathtub brewing or home. Fast service. Interior decor is pretty basic.

This place is awesome, so glad I found it while on a business trip in LA. I ate lunch here daily, so good...

Get the carne asada fries or the Arizona burrito.

We love Rigabertos! One of our most favorite taco shops. We don't live in Los Alamos anymore, but each time we come back to visit it is a must stop. I recommend the shredded beef chimichanga or the carna asada fries!

Awesome food and great service

This place is absolutely delicious!!! 😋 It’s not New Mexican food but Mexican food! The food is made fresh and hot when you get it. The amount of food you get is a lot for a really good price so you can eat some and still have leftover for later. I love going here for lunch or dinner! The atmosphere is nice and relaxed so you can sit down and have a nice lunch with friends.

Very reasonable prices and great/fresh food. A nice change from traditional New Mexican (which I love as well). Get some to-go and visit Bathtub Brewing next door!

I’ve eaten here many times over the years and it’s just not very good. Food tastes like it came out of a freezer and the refried beans are always super runny. I really wish their food was good! It’s such a bummer.

Muy bien churros. Very good portions at a great price. Has pretty fast wait times so your not waiting forever for your food. They make wonderful carne asada fries as well as the supreme quesadilla!

The tacos and burritos here are magnificent. The people are nice and food is ready pretty quickly. The chicken is always very flavorful. The salsa bar is great! From what I’ve heard, the salsa is made from stuff they grow!

Had their frozen beef taco last night and spend half the day today in bed drinking pepto bismol. Pretty sure im not coming back there again.

So delicious!!! Highly recommend. I'm not a fan of New Mexican food. This place is great Mexican food with some New Mexican food as well. I got the Adobada plate and it was full of flavor! They have a few different sauce options to choose from as well. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.

Such a weird vibe in this place. Food was barely ok.

Came into the shop at 830pm. Totally empty...which should have told me to stay away. I asked the cashier if they're open. He continued on his texting on the phone as if I didn't exist.

Delicious, authentic Mexican food. One of the most affordable places to eat on the hill while avoiding the chain fast food joints. Be sure to get a churro before you leave!

The chicken tastes super funky to me. I'm not sure if it the seasoning or what, but I can't eat it here. Besides that it is a decent place for New Mexican food. Be careful on the entry way stairs as they are VERY askew.

I mostly like their tacos, but they have a toppings bar with many choices (limes, carrots & jalapenos, salsa, pico de gallo ...). Good, inexpensive eatery.

If your looking for good Mexican food, not New Mexican but Mexican food. This is the place you want to be! I’m from Texas and it’s just like back home. California folk will love it just as much.

Usually the food is great, staff is friendly. I usually have to clean the tables off myself and eating area itself is pretty dirty. We had a large party with us the last time, their chicken chimichangas are moist and delicious but the shredded beef broke the plastic fork it was so hard. Their carne asada fries are awesome.

The food is always great. We have become regulars there and they have even remembered our usual order. We feel like family💜

Amazing food, I've had so many different dishes and loved all of them. The prices are great for the big portions you get. Staff is friendly. The salsa bar is fresh and delicious. Your food is served in a timely manner.

One of my favorite restaurants in Los Alamos or White Rock. They have lots of authentic mexican cuisine but honestly my favorite is the super nachos.

Rigobertos... well, everyone in town knows Rigobertos Taco Shop and keeps coming back again and again... and there is reason for that.. I meat at least a couple reasons!For one, their dishes are quite good, and are sold in a really reasonable price. Then their staff is fast and friendly, make you feel at home right away. And last, but not least, they are in downtown, right next to Bathtub, which makes it an ideal location to get some snacks with your beer.I'd say that if you're in town, give them a try. Guaranteed it's not the most healthy food you'll get, but far better than "real" fast food alternatives.Some doesn't prefer them, some simply loves them. I leave it up to you to decide; I personally can recommend them!

Fast, friendly service and great food. We go here all the time and it's always a good experience. Everything on the menu is awesome, but I especially recommend the Chile rellenos, tostadas, and chimichangas.

I ordered the asada fries. They were so good. Best that i had ever had. I highly reccomend this.
